Distribution will be dealt by Lay Bare Recordings.
Normal shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. All shipping rates mentioned below include all taxes and Ideal, Sofort and Paypal fees. ADVICE: If you want to be assured that you will give your favorite piece of wax a good spin, PLEASE ORDER IT WITH TRACK & TRACE! THERE WILL NOT BE A REFUND OR RESHIPPING. NO TRACK & TRACE IS AT OWN RISK!
All sales are final. Although we pack and ship every order with the greatest care, Lay Bare Recordings is not responsible for any damages or lost items once the items leave our warehouse. There will not be a refund or reshipping of items. We ship every vinyl order without track & trace unless requested, cd's are shipped without tracking.
Orders usually leave our headquarters within 5-7 business days. How long it takes to deliver the order to you is up to the postal service. Within Europe, your package will usually be delivered within a week. Outside of Europe, it can take up to 3 weeks, or sometimes even longer. So please have some patience while waiting.
We ship Lay Bare Recordings vinyl releases outside of the jackets, to prevent seam splits. We don't open records that we sell from other labels/artists that are sealed, so those records will not be shipped outside of the jackets. Unless requested.
We ship internationally. At the checkout, you will see the total shipping costs for your order. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. We ship from Europe, unfortunately, shipping to countries outside of Europe is becoming more and more expensive. We are trying to lower these costs by finding local shops and distributors in other parts of the world for our releases. We will keep you updated if we have found a cheaper solution to buy our releases outside of Europe.
Within the Netherlands, we ship up to 10 kg for the same price.
To countries in Europe and the rest of the world, we ship up to 2 kg for the same price. After that, we use the following weight categories: 2 kg- 5 kg, 5 kg - 10 kg, and 10 kg - 20 kg.
Covid 19 and shipment delays:
Due to the pandemic shipments to lots of countries are delayed on a daily basis. Sometimes it can take days or even weeks longer than expected. It sucks, we know. Check the track & trace for updates on your package.
In some cases, we (temporarily) can't ship to your country. We try our very best to update our shipping options and exclude countries where we cannot ship our records to. If for some reason you were able to place an order and it turns out that it isn't possible to ship your order, we will contact you and give you a full refund.

Additional charges that may occur at customs clearance for non EU countries we ship to such as Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Russia etc. must be borne by the recipient as we have no control over these charges.
Also, please bear in mind that Lay Bare Recordings is a small operation (spearheaded by one person) who does it's best to get you what you ordered, packed carefully and the quickest we possibly can. All orders are sucurely packed, however Lay Bare Recordings cannot be held accountable for how the vinyl is treated during shipping.
